Our Claim Department’s mission is to support the claim professionals at our Subscriber institutions in jointly managing actual or potential claims against the institution, in accordance with accepted best practices and to the highest industry standards, to minimize their long term financial impact to MCIC and each Subscriber.

In our decentralized claim business model, claims are handled directly by each Subscriber’s Claim Department located at that institution.  To submit a new claim or inquire about the status of an existing claim, please contact the applicable Subscriber’s Claim Department.
